Meet Paul and Istvan.

Bringing together experience of the construction and IT industries to offer this easy estimating software.

During his time working in the construction industry, Paul saw a need for a tool to reduce time spent quoting and estimating. Always keen on using the latest systems and automation to increase efficiency, Istvan joined Paul, and with over 35 years of combined experience in IT, they created a system to do just that.

Easy Estimate launched in the UK in 2014, with Paul taking care of the business side of things, and Istvan leading on software development.

Working closely with clients has allowed us to tailor the system to meet their needs. We know it can be hard to get to grips with new technology, which is why we’re there if you need help.

Today, we’re proud to be one of few companies offering affordable, accurate, and efficient estimating and takeoff systems made specifically for individual tradespeople or small businesses.

Following our success in the UK, where over 3,000 happy clients continue to use the system, we decided to bring our expertise to the US.

After spending some time adapting the system for our American clients, linking up with local suppliers for accurate pricing, and setting up US-based phone and email support, Estimating for Contractors was born.
